Our mission is to share hope, abundance, resources and encouragement with members of the community and the organizations who serve them by creating ways for people to work together toward positive change.
For I was hungry, and you fed me. I was thirsty, and you gave me a drink. I was a stranger, and you invited me into your home. I was naked, and you gave me clothing. I was sick, and you cared for me. I was in prison, and you visited me.
Donate today, knowing that you're supporting - and sharing - an amazing mission that changes the world one life at a time. 100% of your donations go directly to the people that our program aims to help. Giving back never felt so good!

"Start where you are. Use what you have. Do what you can."
Founder + Executive Director
A SF Bay Area native, Ricka has a heart for the disenfranchised, the forgotten, and the socially unaccepted. An active community leader and advocate, her drive is derived from her parents' and grandparents' social justice roots in the fight for racial equality, workers rights and against police brutality. The SHARE Community has been a long time God-dream of hers. Working diligently, never quietly, ensuring that every single person who could help in some way or form- would have an opportunity to contribute to the cause. And through their contribution, they will never know the lasting impact they have made in changing people's lives.
Founder + Mobile Shower Program Manager
Born and raised in the SF East Bay Area along with his beautiful wife Olga, they moved to East Contra Costa in 2003 and strive to spend their time, treasure and talents to serve the community. Vince's professional journey includes 37 years in corporate America. His life’s journey includes being raised by “hippies” and experiencing the not so glamorous side of the “peace and love” lifestyle. Family brokenness, cycles of addiction and his father’s homelessness lead to a life of shame, isolation and the road of hopelessness. He is honored to be part of The SHARE Community where he can share his journey of recovery and restoration.
Secretary + Writer
Raised in the City of Antioch, Jazmine considers it her hometown. She graduated with a degree in Communication from San Diego State University and moved back home knowing one thing - she wanted to make the world a better place. She works in the non-profit sector and is a regular volunteer with her church. She holds a special place in her heart for the children within her community, as well as a dream to see her community, restored. She joined SHARE Community for one reason- to show the love of Jesus in a tangible way.
Treasurer+ Numerical Genius
Nancy has worked a variety of roles in the legal, health insurance and medical field, currently with Sutter Care at Home’s hospice volunteer department where along with matching volunteers to patients, her passion includes building a program to better serve veterans by providing veteran-centric education to clinicians and connecting with the local VA to simplify the process of obtaining health and financial benefits for Sutter’s veteran patients. The next logical step is to work through the SHARE Community group to bring VA connections closer to people in the community, foster vet-to-vet mentors and promote a greater awareness of veteran issues.
Digital Manager + Creator
Owner of The Red Letter Co., Ati is tasked with maintaining The SHARE Community's digital presence to ensure consistent messaging is communicated across all platforms. Born and raised in San Francisco, she has an eye that is keenly aware of when diversity is well-represented in the overall marketing plan of a company/ non-profit organization. Her intention with The SHARE Community is to be the salt and light that God has called us to be, in a community that is lacking resources and hope. Her desire is to meet the needs of the community by creating and sharing branding that provokes action.
